Item 2223-07: Faculty Bereavement Policy
Following a submitted request. The issue was referred to the University Committee on Faculty Affairs at the October 4, 2022 Steering Committee meeting. The University Committee on Faculty Affairs discussed the matter at its October 11, 2022 meeting and referred it to the UCFA Personnel Subcommittee. The Personnel Subcommittee presented their recommended changes to UCFA at the November 29, 2022 meeting. Following discussion UCFA endorsed the proposed policy. The issue is currently on the agenda for the January 24,2023 Faculty Senate meeting.
